1. Who we are
alohawithus.com ("Aloha with Us", "we", "us") is operated by PNK GROUP COMPANY LIMITED (enterprise code 0317304328), 1st Floor, Faifo Lane Commercial Centre, 2 Phan Van Dang Street, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. PNK GROUP COMPANY LIMITED is the seller of every order placed on this website and makes, ships and supports every order.

2. These terms
These terms apply to your use of the website and to every order you place. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
3. Our products are made to order
Every piece is made to order after you buy it. Production takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Product images show our prints and garments as accurately as we can; because each piece is printed and sewn individually, small differences in color, print placement and measurements can occur. Size charts list garment measurements, which may vary by up to 1 inch (up to 2 inches for the off-shoulder maxi dress).
4. Orders
When you place an order, we send you an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund any payment in full.
You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@alohawithus.com. After 24 hours your order is in made-to-order production and can no longer be cancelled. Wrong-size exchanges and our Return & Refund Policy still apply.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item price only; shipping is shown at checkout. We pay all import duties and taxes for every country we ship to, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices and browsers. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping methods, prices and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, explains what to do if an item is defective, damaged, wrong or the wrong size.
8. Intellectual property
The prints, designs, photos and text on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you placed it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you live outside Vietnam, you keep any mandatory consumer protections that the law of your country gives you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country.
