Track Your Order

Every piece is made to order, so your order first spends 3–5 business days being made. When it ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to your order status page, where you can follow the delivery. Standard shipping takes 12–15 business days after shipping. Standard: about 15–20 business days from order (3–5 making + 12–15 shipping). Express: about 8–15 business days.

If the carrier confirms that your parcel is lost, or its tracking has not updated for 30 business days, you can choose a free reshipment or a full refund. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
