Open the Size guide on any product page or our Size Guide page. Each product type has its own chart in inches and centimetres. The charts list garment measurements, so the easiest way is to measure a piece you already own that fits well and compare. If you are between sizes, we recommend one size up for a more relaxed fit.

Open the design you like. Under Choose your pieces, tick the shirt, the dress or any other piece you need, choose a size for each, and add them to your cart together. In your cart, the pieces of one design are shown together as one matching set.

Yes. Each piece in a set has its own size selector, so every person can choose the size that fits them.

Men's Hawaiian shirts: S to 6XL. Women's off-shoulder maxi dresses: XS to 7XL. Women's long sleeve dresses: S to 4XL. Kids' Hawaiian shirts: 3-4 to 15-16. Girls' short sleeve long dresses: 4 to 14.

Every piece is made to order: it is printed and sewn for you after you order. This takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of placing it: email support@alohawithus.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order is in made-to-order production and can no longer be cancelled. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, tell us before your order ships and we will correct it for free.

After your order ships from Vietnam, Standard shipping takes 12–15 business days and Express shipping takes 5–10 business days. These times are in addition to the 3–5 business days needed to make your order. Standard: about 15–20 business days from order (3–5 making + 12–15 shipping). Express: about 8–15 business days.

Standard shipping is $4.99 per order and free on orders over $99. Express shipping is $30 for the first item plus $4.99 for each additional item. See our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

No. We pay the import duties for every country, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to your order status page, where you can follow the delivery. See Track Your Order. If the carrier confirms that your parcel is lost, or its tracking has not updated for 30 business days, you can choose a free reshipment or a full refund.

You can contact us within 30 days of delivery. If we made a mistake (a defective, damaged or wrong item), you choose a free replacement or a full refund. If you ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind, you can exchange the item; we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Email support@alohawithus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. You do not need to send it back. You choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first; the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. You send it back to our returns address in Vietnam at your own cost, and we ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Our pieces are made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The men's shirt has four-way stretch. Machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron and do not dry clean.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices and browsers.
